Royal Dance Center is proud to present our fabulous studio director, Rosa D'Aleo. Miss Rosa began her magical journey of 29 years as she started dancing in New York City. She has performed at the Westbury Music Center and participated in multiple holiday parades. Throughout her life, she has competed in the areas of Jazz, Hip-hop, Tap, Ballet, and Acro. Miss Rosa truly loves every style of dance and this has been, and always will be, her true passion in life! She is also a certified teacher and currently teaches middle school grade levels. Miss Rosa looks forward to an enchanting future as the proud owner of Royal Dance Center. The words she lives by are, "If you can dream it, you can do it!"
Miss Nicole started gymnastics when she was 9 years old and immediately fell in love. The sport has taught her determination and perseverance. She continued at BK Gymnastics center for 10 years earning several state championships. Miss Nicole then went on to compete in college at the University of Delaware where she attended 4 national competitions. Besides competing, she's been a coach for 6 years. She enjoys working with kids and teaching them the fun of the sport. Miss Nicole has been a loyal member of the RDC staff since the very beginning.
Miss Tara has joined our RDC staff as our new Irish Step as well as Ballet/Lyrical Teacher! She is a free lance ballerina who danced with the American Liberty Ballet and went on tour. She is currently ranked 5th in the New England region, 17th in the Nation, 36th in the World for Irish Step Dance and also won Miss True Talent 4 times!
Introducing Miss Michelle our new office Manager! Miss Michelle started dancing at the age of two, and later developed a passion in high school when she joined the competition dance team in her senior year. After high school, Michelle made a tough decision to give up dance and pursue her dream of working in the fashion industry. She graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology in 2015 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, specializing in Handbag + Footwear Design. Since then, Michelle has designed handbags for Steve Madden, Henri Bendel and Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet. In 2018, she opened her own Graphic Design Studio, where she designs logos and websites for local small businesses. Michelle is excited to have dance back in her life again by joining the Royal Dance Center team as their Studio Office Manager!
Introducing Award Winning Choreographer Miss Ashley! Ashley has trained in numerous styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, hiphop, contemporary and more for 16 years! She has been teaching dance for 6 years. Ashley had the opportunity to work with professional choreographers and received numerous scholarships including Monsters Cast Nominees, ASH Apprentice, The Pulse on Tour and Jump. She continues her training at brickhouse NYC with a professional hiphop company “generation x” and performs at NYC events including Time Square open houses and many professional night clubs. We are so excited to have Miss Ashley as part of our royal family!
